Merchant Center Account Suspension

An account suspension is different from a disapproved product. Google suspends a whole Merchant Center account for policy problems, such as misrepresentation, website issues or repeated data problems. Suspensions are handled entirely in Google Merchant Center, and only Google can lift them.

  1. Sign in to Google Merchant Center and read the reason Google gives for the suspension.
  2. Follow Google’s guidance: Account suspensions in Merchant Center.
  3. Fix the cause on your website, in your account or in your product data.
  4. Request a review from Merchant Center when you’re ready.

If the suspension involves product data, you can use Feedy McFeed Feed to fix it:

  • Prices and stock: keep your feed fresh with automatic updates so prices and availability match your store.
  • Missing or wrong product data: fix titles, descriptions, brands, GTINs and categories on the product page. See Editing a Product.
  • Data errors: fix the issues Feedy flags before Google sees them. See Validation Rules.
  • Products you shouldn’t advertise: leave them out of the feed with collections or tags. See Including and Excluding Products.

After fixing your data, Regenerate your feeds before you ask Google for a review.

Feedy can’t see or change your account’s suspension status, and it can’t request a review for you.
