Syncing Performance Data
When Google Merchant Center (GMC) is connected, Feedy brings your Google Shopping performance onto the dashboard.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”On the Dashboard, the Google Shopping Performance card shows the last 30 days:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Revenue from Shopping | Conversion value Google reports for your products |
| Impressions | How often your products were shown |
| Clicks | How often shoppers clicked |
| Click-through Rate | Clicks divided by impressions |
Each number shows its trend compared with the 30 days before.
Below it, when there’s data:
- Top 10 Products: your products with the most impressions.
- Needs Attention: products with at least 100 impressions and the lowest click-through rate, marked Low CTR. Click Optimize All with AI to send them to bulk AI optimization (Scale and Pro plans).
Click a product in either list to open its product page.
When data appears
Section titled “When data appears”- Feedy syncs performance data once a day, early morning UTC.
- New products usually take a day or two after approval in Merchant Center before data appears. Until then the card says performance data hasn’t arrived yet.
- Revenue only shows if conversions are tracked for your Shopping ads in Google.
- Feedy keeps 90 days of daily performance data.
No performance card?
Section titled “No performance card?”If the dashboard shows See How Your Products Perform with a Connect Google Merchant Center button, GMC isn’t connected or the connection has expired. See Connection Issues with GMC.
