Disconnecting GMC
Disconnect
Section titled “Disconnect”- Go to Settings, and under Integrations click Manage next to Google Merchant Center.
- Under Connection Settings, click Show.
- Click Disconnect, then confirm with Disconnect.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”Disconnecting:
- Removes your stored Google credentials from Feedy
- Stops automatic product status sync from GMC
- Clears approval status data in Feedy
It does not:
- Remove products already in Merchant Center. They stay there.
- Affect your feeds or feed URLs. If Merchant Center fetches your feed URL, that keeps working.
After disconnecting, the dashboard performance card and direct upload are no longer available, and any feed with Auto-upload to Google Merchant Center stops uploading.
Switch to another Merchant Center account
Section titled “Switch to another Merchant Center account”- Disconnect as above.
- Click Connect Google Account and sign in with the Google login for the other account.
- Enter that account’s Merchant ID and Data Source ID.
Reconnect
Section titled “Reconnect”If the connection shows Expired or Error, or you changed the Google password, click Reconnect under Connection Settings and sign in again. You can also disconnect and connect again at any time.
Remove access on Google’s side
Section titled “Remove access on Google’s side”To also revoke Feedy’s access from your Google account, open your Google Account’s security settings, find third-party apps with account access, and remove Feedy’s access.
Uninstalling Feedy
Section titled “Uninstalling Feedy”Uninstalling the app removes the GMC connection along with your feeds and Feedy settings. Products already in Merchant Center stay there, but feed URLs stop working, so Google’s scheduled fetches will fail.
