  1. Open the feed and click Regenerate. Feedy retries failed generations automatically a few times, but a manual retry often succeeds after a temporary problem.
  2. If you turned on Feed generation failures in Email Notifications, check your inbox for the error message.
  3. If it keeps failing, email support@lenuslabs.com with the feed name.

A feed is empty when no product passes all the checks. Common causes:

  • Validation errors: products with an error for the feed’s platform are left out. Hover over the Empty badge to see if this is the reason. Fix the errors on the Products page. For Google Shopping, the most common errors are a missing Google Product Category, brand or GTIN. See Validation Rules.
  • Filters: the feed’s collection or tag filters match no products. Check the Products card in the feed editor. See Including and Excluding Products.
  • Stock or image rules: Exclude out of stock products or Exclude products without images removed everything. See Stock, Images and Drafts.
  • No products synced: the Products page is empty. Click Sync Products. See Sync Issues.

See Products Missing from Feed.
