Downgrading or Cancelling

  1. Go to Settings and click Manage in the Billing & Subscription card.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. On Shopify’s pricing page, choose the smaller plan and approve the change.

Shopify handles the timing and any adjustment to your bill.

Nothing is deleted. After the change:

  • Product limit: the next time a feed is generated, it includes at most the new plan’s number of products (most recently updated first).
  • AI credits: your monthly allowance drops to the new plan’s amount.
  • Platforms: if you move to Starter, you can’t create new TikTok, Pinterest or Microsoft feeds, and existing ones stop being served (their URLs return 404).
  • Bulk AI: running AI on more than one product at once needs Scale or Pro. On Growth or Starter you can still use AI on one product at a time.

You cancel from Shopify:

  1. On the Billing page, click Manage Subscription. This opens Settings → Apps and sales channels in your Shopify admin.
  2. Open Feedy McFeed Feed and cancel the subscription.

After you cancel:

  1. Your account shows Grace Period for 7 days. Feeds keep working as normal.
  2. When the grace period ends, your store moves to the free Starter plan and the Billing page shows Free plan.
  3. Your Google Shopping and Facebook Catalog feeds keep working. Feedy regenerates them automatically so each one includes at most 50 products.
  4. TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft feed URLs return “Feed not found” (404). Ad platforms that fetch them will get an error.

To get all your products and platforms back, subscribe again from the Billing page (Subscribe Now). Your feeds and settings are still there.
