TikTok Catalog Feed

A TikTok Catalog feed gives TikTok your product list for TikTok Shop and catalog ads. TikTok feeds need the Growth, Scale or Pro plan, or an active trial. On the free Starter plan, Feedy shows “tiktok feeds require a Growth plan or higher.” when you try to create one.

Create the feed

Click Feeds, then Create New Feed.
Under Platform, choose TikTok Catalog. Feedy switches the format to CSV, which is recommended for TikTok.
Enter a Feed Name and set the Target Market.
Choose your products, then review and create the feed.

What goes into a TikTok feed

Each product appears once, using its first variant for price, SKU, barcode and stock. The feed includes the SKU ID, title, description, availability, condition, price, link, main and extra images and brand, plus GTIN, MPN, product type, Google product category, color, size, gender, age group, shipping weight and custom labels when the data exists.

TikTok feeds use your Shopify product data plus the feed’s own settings (field mapping, custom labels and UTM). Edits on a product’s page in Feedy are stored for Google Shopping and don’t change your TikTok feed.

Which products are left out

A product is left out of TikTok feeds if it has no title, description, image, price or SKU. Add SKUs to your variants in Shopify. Missing brand and titles over 150 characters show as warnings. See Validation rules.

Add the feed to TikTok

On the feed’s page, click Copy URL.
In TikTok Ads Manager or TikTok Shop, open your catalog and add products from a data feed (scheduled URL).
Paste the feed URL and choose an update schedule.

Common problems

Many products are missing. Check for missing SKUs. TikTok requires a SKU, so products without one are left out.
