How the trial works
Section titled “How the trial works”- The trial starts automatically when you first install Feedy McFeed Feed.
- It lasts 14 days.
- During the trial you get Growth plan limits: up to 2,000 products per feed, 500 AI credits and all five platforms.
- You don’t pay anything during the trial.
- Each store gets one trial. If you uninstall and reinstall, the trial doesn’t start again.
Tracking your trial
Section titled “Tracking your trial”- The Dashboard shows a trial banner with the days left.
- In the last 3 days, a pop-up on the Dashboard reminds you to choose a plan.
- Feedy emails you 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
- The Billing page shows a Trial badge and “Your trial ends in X days”.
Choosing a plan during the trial
Section titled “Choosing a plan during the trial”- Go to Settings and click Manage in the Billing & Subscription card.
- Click Subscribe Now.
- Choose a plan on Shopify’s pricing page and approve it.
When the trial ends
Section titled “When the trial ends”If you haven’t chosen a plan when the trial ends:
- Your store moves to the free Starter plan (50 products per feed, 10 AI credits a month, Google and Meta only).
- The Billing page shows a Free plan badge.
- Your Google Shopping and Facebook Catalog feeds keep working. Feedy regenerates them automatically so each one includes at most 50 products (most recently updated first).
- TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft feed URLs return “Feed not found” (404), because those platforms need Growth or higher.
Your feeds, settings and product edits are kept. To get your full product count and all platforms back, click Subscribe Now on the Billing page and choose a plan.
