Plan Limits

Feedy enforces four limits. Everything else works the same on every plan (apart from the support level: Starter and Growth get email support, Scale and Pro get priority support).

Products per feed502,00010,000Unlimited
AI credits per month105002,000Unlimited

Bulk AI (several products at once)––YesYes

The product limit applies each time a feed is generated. If a feed would contain more products than your plan allows, Feedy includes your most recently updated products up to the limit and leaves the rest out.

  • Each Shopify product counts once, however many variants it has.
  • The limit is per feed, so two feeds on Starter can each include up to 50 products.
  • Products left out because of validation errors or your filters don’t count towards the limit.

The Products bar on the Billing page shows how many products are synced from your store compared with your plan limit. When it reaches 80%, Feedy shows an upgrade banner.

  • Each AI suggestion you receive uses 1 credit. If the AI returns no change, no credit is used.
  • Credits reset monthly. The Billing page shows the reset date under AI Credits.
  • You can’t buy extra credits. To get more, move to a higher plan.
  • Every AI action checks your credits before it runs. If you don’t have enough, Feedy says so and nothing is charged. For example, Optimize All on a product page needs a credit for each field it will try.

See AI Credits for details.

On Starter you can create Google Shopping and Facebook Catalog feeds. If you pick TikTok, Pinterest or Microsoft in the feed wizard, Feedy shows “feeds require a Growth plan or higher” and doesn’t create the feed.

If you made TikTok, Pinterest or Microsoft feeds during your trial or on a paid plan and then move to Starter, those feeds are kept but their URLs return “Feed not found” (404) until you upgrade.

On the Products page, selecting more than one product and running Optimize with AI needs Scale or Pro. On Starter and Growth (including the trial) the dialog says “Optimizing several products at once (bulk AI) needs the Scale plan or higher.” Select one product at a time instead, or upgrade.
