The Dashboard
The dashboard is the first page you see when you open Feedy. It sums up your catalog, your feeds and, if you’ve connected Google Merchant Center, your Shopping performance.
App menu
Section titled “App menu”The app menu has four pages:
| Page | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Overview and quick actions |
| Feeds | Create, edit, regenerate and delete feeds |
| Products | See every synced product, fix issues, bulk edit and use AI |
| Settings | Defaults for new feeds, product sync, email notifications, Google Merchant Center and billing |
The Google Merchant Center and Billing pages open from Settings (and from buttons on the dashboard).
Before your first sync
Section titled “Before your first sync”If Feedy has no products and no feeds yet, the dashboard shows “Let’s get your products on Google Shopping” with a Sync Your Products button. Click it to copy your products into Feedy.
Banners
Section titled “Banners”- Trial banner: while you’re on the free trial, a banner shows how many days are left. In the last three days a pop-up also asks you to choose a plan.
- Upgrade banner: appears when your trial or plan has ended (you’re on the free plan) or is in its grace period, or when you’re using 80% or more of your plan’s products or AI credits.
Google Shopping performance
Section titled “Google Shopping performance”- Not connected: you’ll see “See How Your Products Perform” and a Connect Google Merchant Center button.
- Connected: you’ll see the last 30 days of Revenue from Shopping, Impressions, Clicks and Click-through Rate, plus when the data was last synced.
When there is performance data, two lists appear: Top 10 Products and Needs Attention. From Needs Attention you can send products straight to AI optimization. See Performance Data.
Recommended Actions
Section titled “Recommended Actions”A short list of suggested next steps based on your data, for example fixing product errors, adding images to products that have none, or improving titles with AI. Each item has a button that takes you to the right list of products.
Catalog Health
Section titled “Catalog Health”A summary of how ready your catalog is, labelled Excellent, Good, Needs attention or Needs work, with counts of Products, Active Feeds and Issues. See Health & Quality Scores.
Feed activity
Section titled “Feed activity”Your feeds with their status. Feeds that need attention are counted at the top. You can regenerate a feed from here, or click View all feeds to open the Feeds page.
Quick Actions
Section titled “Quick Actions”Shortcuts that change with your setup, such as Sync Products, Create Your First Feed or Create New Feed, Connect Google Merchant Center, AI Bulk Optimize and Settings.
App Store review request
Section titled “App Store review request”After your first feed has generated, Shopify may show its own pop-up asking you to review Feedy on the App Store. You can close it; it won’t affect anything in the app.
