Upgrading Your Plan

Plan changes go through Shopify’s pricing page for Feedy McFeed Feed. Shopify handles the charge and adds it to your Shopify bill.

  1. Go to Settings and click Manage in the Billing & Subscription card.
  2. Click Subscribe Now (during your trial or when you’re on the free plan after a trial or cancellation) or Change Plan.
  3. Shopify’s pricing page opens. Choose a plan and monthly or annual billing.
  4. Approve the charge in Shopify.
  5. You return to the Billing page. A “Subscription created!” banner confirms it. It can take a moment for the new plan to show.
  • Your new product limit applies the next time each feed is generated. To update a feed now, click Regenerate on it.
  • Your AI credit allowance changes to the new plan’s amount.
  • On Growth and above, you can create TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft feeds. Feeds for those platforms that stopped being served on Starter work again.
  • On Scale and Pro, you can run AI on several products at once from the Products page.

Your existing feeds, settings and product edits stay as they are.

  • A feed is leaving products out because it hits your plan’s product limit.
  • You’ve used your AI credits for the month.
  • You want TikTok, Pinterest or Microsoft feeds (Starter covers Google and Meta only).
  • You want to run AI on more than one product at a time (Scale and Pro).

Feedy shows an upgrade banner on the Dashboard when you reach 80% of your product limit or AI credits.

Shopify works out the charge, including any credit for the time left on your old plan. Check your Shopify bill or contact Shopify support for questions about a specific charge.
