Bulk Editing
On the Products page you can select several products and change them in one go. Bulk edits are saved in Feedy only and don’t change your Shopify products.
Select products
Section titled “Select products”- Go to Products.
- Use the search box to narrow the list if needed (you can search by title, brand, GTIN or category).
- Tick the checkbox next to each product, or tick the header checkbox to select all products on the page.
The bulk actions appear above the table.

After a bulk edit you’ll see “Bulk update successful” with the number of products changed.
Bulk edits are saved for Google Shopping and are used by your Google Shopping feeds.
Optimize many products with AI
Section titled “Optimize many products with AI”Bulk AI (more than one product at once) needs the Scale or Pro plan. On Starter and Growth, including the free trial, the dialog shows “Optimizing several products at once (bulk AI) needs the Scale plan or higher.” and Start Optimization is turned off. Select one product, or upgrade.
- Select products, then click Optimize with AI. (With nothing selected, the button at the top of the page reads Optimize All with AI and uses the products on the page.)
- Choose what to optimize:
- Product titles (SEO & clarity)
- Product descriptions (completeness)
- Google Product Categories
- Click Start Optimization and wait for the suggestions.
- In Review AI Suggestions, switch between the Titles, Descriptions and Categories tabs. Tick the suggestions you want, edit any text, or use Approve All.
- Click Apply N Changes to save the approved changes. Reject All closes the review without changing anything.
If you try to apply while some tabs still have suggestions you haven’t looked at, Feedy asks whether you want to review them first.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- Feedy processes up to 15 products per run. To do more, run it again on the next batch.
- Each suggestion uses one AI credit. If the AI has no improvement for a product, no credit is used for it. See AI Credits.
- Feedy checks your credits first. If they don’t cover every selected product, it runs as many as they cover and shows “You only had enough AI credits for N of the selected products.” With 0 credits it doesn’t start.
Common bulk tasks
Section titled “Common bulk tasks”- Fix missing brands: search for the products, select them, use Edit Brand.
- Add categories to uncategorized products: select them and use Edit Category, or Optimize with AI with Google Product Categories ticked.
- Mark products as used or refurbished: use Edit Condition & Attributes.
