Managing Your Subscription
Open the Billing page
Section titled “Open the Billing page”- Click Settings in the left navigation.
- In the Billing & Subscription card, click Manage.
The Billing page shows:
- Your plan: name, price and status badge.
- Usage This Month: products synced and AI credits used, with the credit reset date.
- Available Plans: the four plans, with Subscribe Now or Change Plan.
- Manage Subscription (paid plans): opens your subscription in Shopify.
Status badges
Section titled “Status badges”| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trial | You’re in the 14-day free trial. |
| Active | Your plan is active. |
| Grace Period | You cancelled. Feeds keep working for 7 days. |
| Free plan | Your trial or grace period ended without a plan, so you’re on Starter. Google and Meta feeds keep working with up to 50 products; other platforms 404. |
| Payment Failed | Shopify couldn’t collect payment. Update your payment details in Shopify. |
Invoices and payment details
Section titled “Invoices and payment details”Feedy charges appear on your Shopify bill. To see invoices or change your payment method, go to Settings → Billing in your Shopify admin. Feedy doesn’t keep separate invoices.
Change or cancel your plan
Section titled “Change or cancel your plan”Uninstalling the app
Section titled “Uninstalling the app”Uninstalling Feedy McFeed Feed:
- Cancels your subscription in Shopify.
- Deletes your feeds, Feedy product settings and Google Merchant Center connection straight away.
- Stops all your feed URLs.
Products you’ve already sent to Google Merchant Center or other platforms stay there until you remove them on that platform.
If you reinstall later, you start again with no feeds, and you don’t get a second free trial.
